A kitchen or bathroom coming out, a roof going on, flooring through the house. All four of our sizes do residential work, and the 20-yard is the one most house projects land on.
The part of our service homeowners notice most is the phone call. Before the driver brings your dumpster out he calls you. He gives you his name and a time. He asks exactly where you want it. He checks the spot again when he pulls in. If you are at work when he comes, that is fine. The spot was already agreed on the phone, and you do not need to be home for delivery or pickup.
The prices are published and they do not change by town: $349 for the 15-yard, $449 for either 20, and $600 for the 30. Each one includes 14 days and the tonnage listed on the pricing page. Weight past the included tons is $60 a ton. You get the scale ticket with your invoice. The number is the truck scale's, not ours.
The one thing homeowners regularly get wrong is size. Small dumpsters overflow. If you are between two sizes, take the bigger one. It is cheaper than a second rental every time.
The dumpster arrives on a roll-off truck and gets set down where you asked, not dragged. Driveway protection is available. If your concrete is stamped, or the surface worries you, say so when you book. The driver brings it. On grass or gravel we find the solid ground. The Space Saver exists for short driveways, same capacity as the standard 20 on four fewer feet.

No. The driver calls before he loads your dumpster, agrees the placement with you, and checks the spot when he arrives. Same on pickup: we do not come until you call and say you are done.
It gets set down flat, not rolled off. Driveway protection is available on request, so mention the surface when you book. On most concrete and asphalt drives it is not an issue.

Yes. Yard waste, brush and storm debris all go in. Dirt is heavier than it looks. If the load is mostly dirt or sod, call first. We will plan around the weight instead of surprising you at the scale.
