Describe an ordinary house project on the phone and the 20 is where Devin usually lands. A kitchen coming out, a roof going on a ranch, a garage that got away from somebody. Three tons of disposal is included, and that covers most of what people load into one.
For roofs, the 20 carries a single-layer tear-off up to about 30 squares. Past 30 squares, or any double-layer roof, the weight gets there before the room does and the 30 is the cheaper path. For everything else, think in pickup loads. The 20 swallows about seven. That is a full garage, or the first phase of a renovation.
16' L x 7' W x 5' H, with 3 tons of disposal included. Sixteen feet needs a long stretch of driveway. If your parking is tight, take the Space Saver. Same 3 tons on a 12-foot footprint, with taller walls.
Three tons covers most remodel and cleanout loads at this size. Roofing is the one that surprises people. Shingles run about 250 pounds a square. A 30-square tear-off is close to 4 tons before the felt and flashing. If the job is a roof, tell us the square count when you call.
Sized it up? The 20-Yard is $449 flat, 14 days.
Call 864-881-DUMP Book NowFour to five pickup loads. A kitchen down to the studs, a roof off a ranch house, or a garage that has been filling up for years. It handles most single-project residential jobs without a second haul.
$449 for 14 days with 3 tons included, then $9 a day and $60 a ton over. Both of our 20-yard dumpsters are the same price. Details on the pricing page.
Capacity is the same: 3 tons, 20 yards. The Space Saver is four feet shorter with taller walls, so it fits driveways the standard 20 will not. If space is tight at your address, that is the one.
For a single-layer roof on a typical ranch, yes. For a two-layer roof or anything past about 30 squares, the weight gets ahead of the included 3 tons. Tell us the square count and layers when you call and we will give you the straight answer for your roof.
Every town on the route: Spartanburg, Greenville and Laurens counties, from Woodruff out. The service area page lists every town.
All the time. It is the swap size on remodels: one goes out full, another comes back, and the job never waits. If you want dumpsters on a rotation, the contractor page covers how we run it.
