You call. The job goes into the system and onto dispatch.
It lands on the driver's phone.
Before he even loads your dumpster at the yard, the driver calls you. He gives you his name and an ETA, and asks where you want it.
He double-checks the spot on arrival, makes sure it is safe, and sets the dumpster.
Load it level with the top rail. Nothing over the top, nothing bulging over the sides.
We don't come pick it up until you call and say it's ready.
The driver calls again on his way back to make sure the area is clear.
After it's dumped you get the final tonnage ticket and the invoice.
The step that matters is the third one. The driver calls you before your dumpster leaves the yard. He tells you his name and gives you a time. Then he asks where you want it. Placement gets agreed before the truck moves, not negotiated in your driveway. He checks the spot again when he arrives. If something about it is unsafe he will say so. Then he works out a better one with you.
That is every step. Pick a size and a day and we will confirm it by phone.
The rental is 14 days and the dumpster is yours for all of them. We do not schedule the pickup until you call and say you are done. Load it level with the top rail, keep the sides clear, and put the heavy material in first. If the job grows, call before it overflows. A dump-and-return is a new rental. Knowing that early is cheaper than finding out late.
When we pick it up, the driver calls on his way, same as delivery. After the load crosses the scale you get the printed ticket with your invoice. The weight you pay for is the weight the scale printed.
