What Costs Extra, and When

Your bill is the printed number, not an estimate. The allowances run generous for their sizes, and household and remodel loads usually finish inside them. Dense material is the exception.

How to Avoid Extra Charges

Most of our customers avoid extra charges by sticking to these guidelines.

1Pick the size onceA second dumpster is a new rental at full price. When you are between sizes, the bigger one is the cheaper decision.
2Call in the heavy stuffShingles, tile, plaster and concrete run the scale up fast. Say so up front and we will plan the weight before it costs $60 a ton.
3Load it levelOver the rail cannot ride on the road. If the truck has to wait while you offload the top, that is time everybody would rather not pay for.
4Transfer station item chargesMattresses, tires and some appliances require an additional fee for the transfer station to take. Let us know if you have these items and we will break down what they cost, so there are no surprises.
