"They were awesome, great communication and the driver was courteous too"
Duncan is building fast right now and we are in the middle of it. We have supplied a couple of the neighborhoods going up here and we are still working in some of them. On a new build that means framing scrap, siding offcuts, drywall and packaging. The dumpsters go out and come back full on a schedule. Off the new streets it is a different job. Older houses need a roof or a cleanout, and that is the other half of what we do in Duncan.

The published prices hold everywhere on the route, Duncan included. Being about 15 miles from the Woodruff yard changes the routing, never the invoice.
| Dumpster | Price (14 days) | Dimensions | Included |
|---|---|---|---|
| 15-Yard | $349 | 12' L x 7' W x 5' H | 2 tons |
| 20-Yard Space Saver | $449 | 12' L x 7' W x 6' H | 3 tons |
| 20-Yard | $449 | 16' L x 7' W x 5' H | 3 tons |
| 30-Yard | $600 | 20' L x 7' W x 6' H | 4 tons |
Each price covers delivery to Duncan, pickup, and 14 days. Three things can move the number. Weight past the included tons runs $60 a ton off the scale ticket. Extra days are $9. Mattresses, tires and some appliances carry an item charge you will hear on the phone, not discover on the invoice.
Because we are still working in some of the Duncan developments, the crews here already know how we run. That is worth something on a build. Everybody knows the dumpster is not getting picked up until somebody calls and says it is ready. And that the driver will ring ahead before he shows up. On the residential side of Duncan it is the same four sizes and the same terms. Just one dumpster at a time instead of a rotation.
The run out to Duncan is about 15 miles from the Woodruff yard, mostly on I-85, SC-290 and US-29. Those same trips take in Reidville, Greer and Spartanburg, so an address between Duncan and any of them is routine for us.
We are on active neighborhood builds in Duncan right now, which changes what a Duncan customer gets. The crews already know our routine. The drivers already know the streets. A homeowner call gets folded into runs we are making anyway. Framing scrap and drywall from the new streets, roofs and cleanouts from the older ones.
On your own property, no paperwork. The driver calls before he brings the dumpster and agrees the spot with you. He checks it again when he pulls in. Driveway protection is available on request. If the dumpster has to sit on a public street, check with the town or Spartanburg County first. Street placement is where permits come up. The permit guide walks through how that usually goes.
Common Duncan jobs run to new-construction debris from the neighborhoods going up, plus cleanouts in the older houses nearby. We do not come pick the dumpster up until you call and say it is ready. After the load crosses the scale you get the printed ticket with the invoice.
On the builds, Duncan runs 30-yard rotations. The material is light for its bulk, so the walls fill before the scale does. Off the builds it flips. Older Duncan houses produce roofing and plaster weight. A 20 with its 3 tons is the better call. Tell us which side of that line your project sits on and the size picks itself.
With the building going on around Duncan, a lot of local loads are framing scrap, siding offcuts and drywall. The accept list is nearly everything: household garbage and construction debris, yard waste, furniture, appliances, and the heavy material too, concrete and asphalt and shingles. Ask Devin about anything unusual and you will get a straight yes or no.
Three things stay out: oil, batteries and asbestos. That is the entire list. Mattresses, tires and a few appliances cost extra because the transfer station charges us for them, so say how many when you book and the number is in your price. Duncan is close enough in that a question about an odd item is usually a two-minute phone call. The what-goes-in page has the full list with the reasons.
Duncan sits about 15 road miles from the yard, close enough that same-day often works if you call in the morning. You call, we set the size and the day. Before the dumpster leaves the yard, the driver calls you with his name and a time. He asks where you want it set. He checks the spot again when he pulls in.
The dumpster sits for 14 days. Keep the load level with the top rail. Call when you are finished, because we do not come until you do. The scale prints the weight and that ticket rides back with the invoice. A Duncan job ends with the number in writing, not an estimate.
Common around Duncan, and not a problem. The driver finds the solid ground before he sets anything down. A good share of our route is gravel drives and rural property, so this is ordinary work, not an exception.
Keep it. Extra days on a Duncan rental are $9 a day. Either way, we do not come get the dumpster until you call and say you are done.
Loads from Duncan usually tip in Spartanburg County or at our primary landfill in Gray Court. Every load crosses a certified scale. The printed ticket comes back with your invoice. The weight you pay for is the weight that was on the truck.
I-85, SC-290 and US-29, mostly. That run is about 15 miles from the Woodruff yard, and the driver makes it often enough to know where the tight turns are. Give us the address and we work out the last stretch.
2 tons on the 15, 3 tons on either 20, 4 tons on the 30. Most Duncan household and remodel loads finish inside the allowance. Past it is $60 a ton, off the printed scale ticket.
Load it level with the top rail and nothing over the sides. Over the rail and the driver legally cannot haul it on a public road. He will ask you to level it before he takes it. If a Duncan job is running past the rail, call before it overflows and we will plan the second one.
