Most of Our Work Is Contractors
About 70% of what we haul is contractor work. The way a job site runs is the way we already run. Dumpsters on a rotation, one out and one coming back, with dispatch going straight to the driver's phone. He calls the site before he moves anything. We supplied dumpsters on the BMW battery plant build in Woodruff. We have hauled for Prisma Health in Greenville and Spartanburg. Right now we are on an apartment remodel at the USC campus in Spartanburg.
We are members of the Home Builders Association of Spartanburg County. We are on active neighborhood builds in Duncan and Reidville this year. If your work is in one of the growth corridors, our trucks are already there.
What Contractor Rentals Cost
Same published prices as everyone, and no account minimums. It is $600 per 30-yard haul with 4 tons included, $449 on the 20s with 3 tons, and $60 a ton over that off the scale ticket. On a rotation, each haul is a rental at those numbers. The scale ticket comes back with every invoice, so your job costing comes off the printed number. Every charge is on the pricing page.
Roofing Crews
Roofing dumpster rental is one of the most common jobs we serve. Shingles run heavy, about 250 pounds a square. That makes the size conversation a weight conversation. The 30-yard carries 4 tons included, and past that it is $60 a ton off the scale ticket. Tell us the square count and layers, and we will tell you what the job will actually cost before you bid it.
Concrete, asphalt and shingles all go in our dumpsters. For pure concrete loads, call and we will plan by the ton rather than the yard.
The Skid Steer
We keep a skid steer. It comes out for the loads a crew cannot put in the dumpster by hand. Concrete pickup, smaller Conex containers, a walk-in freezer on a restaurant remodel. We do not do grading. Do you run dumpster rotations for job sites?
Yes, that is most of our week. One dumpster out, another back, scheduled through dispatch to the driver's phone. Tell us the pace of the job and we will keep the rotation ahead of it.
What commercial jobs have you supplied dumpsters for?
The BMW battery plant build in Woodruff. Prisma Health work in Greenville and Spartanburg, a church floor replacement, a motel gut and remodel in Simpsonville, a downtown Greenville office overhaul, and the Greek Festival. Plus neighborhood builds in Duncan, Reidville, Fountain Inn and Mauldin.
How much does a commercial dumpster cost?

What size dumpster do roofing jobs use?
A single-layer ranch tear-off fits the 20. Anything bigger, two layers, or steep-and-cut-up, take the 30 for the weight room. Give us squares and layers and we will be straight about which.
What towns do you serve for commercial dumpster work?
All of Spartanburg, Greenville and Laurens counties. Big accounts sometimes pull us farther. If the project is outside the normal map, call anyway and ask.
Can you move a walk-in freezer or a Conex container?
We have a skid steer and we have done both. It rides on the same call as the dumpster. Mention it up front. We will bring the machine when the job needs it.
